These guys are the BEST! We were moving and our hot water heater was broken. They didn’t have the part at the shop so they went and bought it themselves! Not only did they give us a killer deal they were prompt and really cared that we had hot water before moving into our new place. I highly recommend them!!!

Late in the day around 6pm I was cleaning my flame sensor on our home heating system per information that an issue we were dealing with might be caused by it being dirty, in the process my igniter ended up getting broke. Thor and I believe he said the main boss worked with me on getting a new igniter urgently so I could get it fixed that night. Especially having a 3 week old baby and the night temp going down into the 20’s last night it was vital I got something done and these guys went out of their way to help me get one and be able to fix it last night. Thank you guys. Will continue to refer and use Heat and Air Man for anything in the future.

Outstanding customer service and technical knowledge! We were obviously having serious HVAC issues, and when I called Joey was more than accommodating: he checked the schedule and said he'd be able to see me the following day for certain. He mentioned he would try to come by that evening if he had time. Needless to say, Joey stopped by that evening, diagnosed our problem and discussed the available solutions without trying to upsell anything I didn't actually need. Joey fixed the issue and our system is cooling once again! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Joey and The Heat-N-Air Man company for your HVAC needs!
