This place has improved a lot over the years why people are so negative about it I'm not so sure. If your open honest and patient with their services you will be respectfully treated correctly. In my experience when I had my car accident I had honest answers even from the surgeon about my knee in which he said he wouldn't suggest the surgery because even after he had his and he played basketball and had the same tibia plateau fracture not to have it because regardless it's still going to feel some type of way. That's one of the most honest answers I've ever had and he saved me money...These negative reviews are just flawed I think and we should improve the honesty of our answers folks as a community. In my experience I would say minimum 9/10, but overall during any of my visits 10/10
