I had a tooth extracted today and from beginning to end it was pleasant and smooth process. Dr Christian Watson is the best. I didn't feel a thing! They even got my kids in early today.
We really appreciate this clinic! You need something and they get it done. Frequently on the same day. Sure, there are a few things that haven’t gone well; but, they dealt with that and made things better. We switched from a private clinic and there is no comparison. Their pharmacy is awesome. They have absolutely incredible staff in behavioral health. They respond to negative reviews.
We try not to get really negative about a problem here or there. They work very diligently to provide the best care I’ve experienced in a long time, if ever.
Maybe 5 years ago it wasn't bad there. Recently, my doctor has not sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and I've waited many days for them. When I finally got one of them, it gave me instructions that are impossible to perform since I have a colostomy. He also gave instructions on another drug that said it was for a certain condition, but that is not my condition. I have waited 3 weeks for a referral. The last two people who phoned me hung up on me, because I was having trouble with my hearing aid and asking to repeat things. I asked for quality control and I left a message and no one ever called me back.
