My boyfriend and I live in a bus full time. While visiting Crater Lake National Park on Saturday night, our bus broke down. Thankfully we had just enough service to make a phone call to Hughes, whose number was provided by a park ranger. Since it was late on a Saturday and the park ranger already ok’d us to camp overnight where we had broken down, Hughes said he would be there first thing in the morning to come get us and tow us to a recommended mechanic in Klamath Falls. Got into a pretty bad accident couple weeks ago passing by the area, they arrived at the scene quickly and pulled our car and trailer out of the water. They’ve helped us so much - took us to get quick wash up, and even gave us a lift to the Uhaul.Totally huge help, best people ever!Thank you ?
My friend locked his keys in the car and Spencer was quick getting here and super fast getting the car unlocked for us! He is super nice and has great customer service? I will definitely call Hughes towing again!!
