Ace Towing provides efficient and reliable roadside assistance. Their technicians, including Clinton, Mike, and Henry, are friendly, helpful, and professional. They respond quickly to calls, often arriving much sooner than expected. The company has a reputation for being reasonable in their pricing and is contracted with AAA, but also offers an alternative to AAA's services when needed.
Clinton came out to jump my battery this morning. Road side assistance said it would be an hour before he would be there, but he got here in about 15 minutes. Great and efficient customer service. Thank you Clinton!
After AAA left me stranded for over 2 hours with "no tow truck available" to get me, I called ACE and the girl was super helpful and nice. She sent a truck right away. Within 25 minutes he was there. Mike was wonderful. Super nice guy. Hooked us up and got us to the mechanic. They didn't even charge me alot. It was very reasonable. AAA called me while Mike was finishing up to tell me they can't send anyone because no one is available, Mike told us they are AAA contracted, but AAA never called them to help me.Thank you ACE for doing a great service for me.
After waiting an hour for AAA to show up, we were lucky to have a CHP officer stop to help. He got Ace to send someone out quickly; Henry was super friendly, helpful and professional, and even allowed my husband, dog and I to ride along, which is something another tow company had said they would not do (and since we were 15 miles from the nearest town, with 80+ degree temps, that was much appreciated)!Service: Car towing
