Ace Towing provides efficient and reliable roadside assistance. Their technicians, including Clinton, Mike, and Henry, are friendly, helpful, and professional. They respond quickly to calls, often arriving much sooner than expected. The company has a reputation for being reasonable in their pricing and is contracted with AAA, but also offers an alternative to AAA's services when needed.
I broke down near Chemult and needed a tow to Klamath Falls. The driver showed up and was able to quickly get my truck hooked up and we were heading south. He drove great and we had a good conversation along the way. Extremely reasonable price as well.
Ace towing was provided to me through Geico insurance and I believe it was Adam who helped me tow my motorhome to mechanic in Dorris CA. He was exceptionally careful and polite and helpful
We were stuck 50 miles south in California. We are grateful for Adam coming to the rescue so late in the day. He was extremely friendly, and put a very stressful situation at ease. He went beyond towing our car by offering to store our car overnight at no extra cost, and then offered to take us to our hotel instead of trying to get an Uber. My husband walked a block the next morning to get a U-Haul. Adam told him to call him and he would meet him at the shop to get our car, and proceed to wait to make sure my husband had things under control before he left. This was on his day off.
