I've been taking my 2 yr old there since he was about 6 month to get his claws trimmed. He stepped in tree sap one morning & they quickly cut it out without charging me. I take my boy downtown at least once a week for a walk. He always stopped at their door to see if they are in. If he sees them, he will sit by the door until the owner or her groomer comes out with a treat. If they are not there, he looks at me as if I can make them show up to give him a treat. They are very nice, very kind to my pup, he loves them.

Thanks Hot Paws for taking care of Mr. Mooney aka Grouchy Old Man!We moved to town in September and Mr. Mooney had a hard time adjusting. Brushing him was like playing Russian roulette- ya just never knew if you would survive!Hot Paws was AMAZING! They gave him a gorgeous Lion cut. All the mats are gone and we both feel great!The cost for a Lion Cut was only 85.00. That's roughly 45.00 less than what I was paying for in Portland.Easy drop off/pick up. We'll definitely be back!

I have known the owner for many years. She is extremely accommodating.Our groomer Shannon is Fantastic. Had two of the kids done in only a couple hours. And they look great. Thank you Shannon. ?
