Excellent service for me. Called at 8:30 am for an urgent care appt due to knee pain. They gave me a walk in appt for 9:00 am. Dr Curry-Thomas( not positive I spelled that correctly) saw me, listened to everything I had to tell her, checked my knee very tenderly but throughly. Asked if I minded spending some time there, then sent me for X-rays. Afterward, she told me what they saw on the X-rays, gave me a cortisone shot, and got me on my way. I was treated and on my way home in an hour and a half. So glad I did not have to make multiple appts and trips. This was a great experience. Thank you.

I've gone to Cascades East for awhile. I've seen Chelsea Chapman for awhile and she was absolutely 💯 wonderful and I just started seeing Dr. Bloom who is wonderful as well. I didn't know her that well yet cause I only saw her once so far. But my dad was recently hospitalized at Skylakes and she took wonderful care of my dad. And the check in office staff are also wonderful. I do not have a bad word to say about any of the health care workers or office staff at Cascades East. Thank you to all health care workers for all you do. Oh, and I want to give a shout out to nurse Jess for keeping me in the loop about my dad. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Super responsive and easy to talk to. I think most of the negative reviews here are about the general US medical system. If you want a better experience, either find a concierge doctor if you have all the money, or keep your politicians accountable for cutting services.
