I have passed so many times by this place and on this occasion, I entered this place on Hyacinth St that has several business including my favorite store Rose City Balloons that dedicates themselves in selling biodegradable balloons imported from Italy and are eco-friendly for the environment. I'm not a fan of decoration. But they have beautiful display and are available for all events and now it's my favorite store in all of Oregon.
