We had been looking for a new dentist to switch over to and Dr. Gilmore was recommended to us by some good friends.
My husband had a dental emergency along with facial swelling ( and on top of we are flying out to a vacation and cruise in Mexico), Kim at the front desk was extremely kind and offered to call Dr Gilmore and see if he could look at him since we had not heard back from our dentist.
She called us back within minutes and got us in and my husband had a fractured root and his other tooth that just had a crown put on was abscessed and fractured as well.

Not only does Dr. Ogle strive to keep things positive and upbeat, but he's also a very kind person. He doesn't make light of your situation though, he takes his patient's care seriously. After I left, I came back about an hour later to ask the front office lady a few questions about the treatment I needed in the future, and Dr. Ogle came out to answer my questions himself. I will be going back to him. There's a reason they have great reviews. They are great! -A.P.

I had a bit of a dental emergency over the weekend and called the after hours emergency number. I was pretty panicked. The office and dentist were so incredibly kind and calm and made sure I wasn’t in pain. They got me in the next day (Monday) at 7am and had the issue fixed in 17 minutes! I have significant dental anxiety and the kindness, care, sense of humor and professionalism were top notch. Thank you Keizer Rapids Dental!
