Great gym with well maintained modern equipment. They have almost every piece of equipment anyone could ask for and plenty of free weights so there is rarely a wait for anything even at peak hours. I started going about a year and a half ago and still love it. Lost over 100lbs and can barely recognize myself. I give a decent amount of credit to Physiq! They would get 5 stars except for the constant issues with the door scanner that lets people in after hours. When it’s down the 24hour access is stopped.
Good gym for the most part. Several of the pieces of equipment I use need repair. Bicep curl machine pad is worn out to the padding under the top coat. Unsanitary since the foam can’t be wiped down appropriately. Shoulder lift machines has needed new grips since it came in. Stationary bike has needed a foot strap that secures. Has been this way for over a year. The same bike has a very noticeable clunking noise while peddling. Other than that, this gym is much better overall than others I have been to. Normally no waiting or a very short time waiting to get on equipment.
This place has every piece of equipment you can imagne, plus a sauna. Prices are very reasonable and staffing is extremely helpful and friendly including the management!
Recently I've incorporated strong stretching with Nicole one of the trainers and it's helped me with flexibility and reduce stress leading to me feeling way more relaxed.
