Mario was awesome. He got the air conditioner fixed quickly and on a Sunday, to boot. Yay, for the coolness. He and Erica took good care of me and stood by their estimates for repair. Would highly recommend their service. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
We recently had our HVAC system break and we had shopped around for different quotes. NW Summit had come in around the same quotes but were very flexible working within our budget and helping us get the priority fixes in place.
Mario and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, communicated all of the details throughout the repair and even checked back in on us a few times to make sure everything was working as expected.

Seriously the best company ever!! We had run our own lines HVAC system and couldn’t get it to work. They sent Mario out to take a look and he helped us figure out and fix the issue. Very knowledgeable, kind and very prompt. Honestly I would suggest skipping the big companies and go for this company, you won’t be disappointed.
