I have had the pleasure of working with Nosa Property Improvements for a number of months now for a number of their services. They have been extremely helpful, and the quality of work has been exceptional.
I found Nosa on Craigslist and contacted them to haul away a junk pile. They responded promptly, quoted a fair price, and were still open to negotiating that price. They arrived as scheduled and had my junk loaded before I even knew they were here. I will definitely use them again.
Our condominium HOA was concerned about the condition of one of the upper units that is currently Bank – owned and has been vacant for at least three years. NOSA Asset Improvement graciously and quickly responded to our request for access and inspection. It was a huge relief to see that they had done a stellar job winterizing the unit last fall and making sure there were no problems with water leaks.
