I wish I had hired Lawrence to do our roof instead of letting the general contractor choose. We noticed problems with our new roof and I called him up. He came out and immediately was able to describe why we were seeing what we were seeing, what probably should have been done and wasn't, and what we needed to keep an eye on. We talked about our choice in roofing materials because I asked. We didn't do great but not the worst with our choice, so there is that. He also gave me some good advice about the new gutter and immediately saw a problem in the flashing and asked me about it. He has a sharp eye, is fair and balanced in his take on things. Lawrence was a pleasure to work employ for replacing our roofing vents and he had an upbeat personality. His prices were reasonable and he was attentive to get the job done quickly!
