Empire Fitness is the perfect gym for those who want to work out, get fit, without the atmosphere of a judgmental fitness center. You can work out at your own pace; or, hire owner Eric Martin to be your personal trainer. I have. Eric knows everything there is to know about fitness, work outs and the all important nutrition. Great 24/7 gym. Do yourself a favor and schedule a tour as you strive to keep your new year's resolutions.

Do not let the size of the gym fool you. This is a great place to work out and the "smallness" just leads to a better fitness community. It's nice to have a place that gives you 24 hour access and the leisure to work out when you want to and not in the certain hours of the larger gyms. Make sure to check it out
