Thanks to this amazing gym. When you're serious about getting in a shape. At 35 years old I had serious back issues. Within a year of determination and support from Eric. I was able to go from the green shirt to the gray shirt within less than 6 months.
I don't feel comfortable lifting in Big gyms. True lifting gyms are small. And have the support from adults. Not a 20-year-old trying to tell me what to do. Lol

Been going here for more that 5 years and have always been happy with the true 24 hours and selection of equipment, supplements and options for personal training. 10/10 would recommend.

Super friendly owner, he will litterly come out of his office and help me on the floor with questions if I'm having trouble with my sets. He knows his stuff 😁 Great gym!
