This is a welcoming environment. That doesn't mean that Eric will take it easy on you. He will push to get the most out of yourself with encouraging enthusiasm. He's on a first name basis with everyone and goes out of his way to make sure you are welcome everytime. I've belonged to several different gyms in my life. So far, this one is hands down my favorite. I actually want to come in and get after it every time.

Took a minute adjusting to, owner is very friendly and willing to give advice. Also has training options for those who are looking to take their physique to another level. A little cramped easy to get around.

I joined Empire Fitness about 6 weeks ago and I am loving it. Eric, the owner is an AWESOME trainer, he is very knowledgeable, genuine and supportive. Gym is clean, equipment is great and all of the members I have met are very friendly.
