We've been taking our dogs here for years, but the care we received this past Saturday was exceptional and deserved a review.
We called Saturday morning to make an urgent appointment for possible euthanasia for our corgi, who had been declining in health rapidly and was unresponsive and not eating. Even though they were fully booked, they managed to fit us in. There was a bit of a wait, as 6 of their appointments unexpectedly became medical emergencies, but we were fine waiting in our car and they came out to get us as soon as an exam room opened up. Creekside Veterinary Clinic deserves far more than five stars.
They were absolutely exceptional with my macaw, Baby. She has never been handled so gently and with such care. The staff took so much time with her and with me. I never felt rushed and I truly felt that they cared deeply about her wellbeing.
Their pricing was also incredible. I was honestly shocked at how affordable it was, especially considering the level of attention and compassion they provided. In a world where veterinary care can feel impersonal and expensive, Creekside was the exact opposite.

I have a well established account and rapport with this clinic. They see all my animals, from my husky to my geckos.
Today, I noticed a somewhat emergent issue with one of my young, non established rats. I saw the issue at about 530 PM, right when they close. I immediately went to call and saw they were closed. I left a voicemail for them to please call me in the morning. I in no way expefted a call back tonight. I know basic first aid for this specific issue, so i didnt seek immediate care outside my normal vet. Rhianon (sorry if I spelled it wrong) called me back, after hours after consulting the vet team.
