My mom and I brought our cat Deva in Today. Everyone in there was amazing Kaytlin, Ash, and Dr. Dianna Skillman went above and beyond with their care and treatment. Their service was exceptional. They also were aware that for our visit that day we were on a budget. They were completely understanding of that and worked with us to create a treatment plan that worked with our animals needs as well as our financial budget.
Got my doggo in quick. Last minute. Staff were nice and they handled my dog with care. The vet knew wassup, showed genuine concern, you can tell these people love animals. My doggo didn't fuss too much either, cuz he usually wants to kill everybody... but he's only 10 lbs when he's wearing wet boots.
We just brought our kitten in for excessive itching around his ears and eyes and the staff were able to get us in right away after we called, the interactions were just amazing and the staff were more than helpful, he had a pretty bad ear infection and I felt terrible for not bringing him in sooner and they were so kind and reassuring. They were working as fast as they could while being busy but they made sure we understood everything!
