Had lights flickering and the fridge turning off. Call Ericson Electric for help. Jody takes my call. Such a pleasant person. She took our trouble and had Seth give us a call. We made an appt so Seth had time to give us the call and start troubleshooting before he and his apprentice (to which I apologize for having forgotten his name) arrived. They tore into the job right away. Being a mfg home circuits are weird. Tracking the problem to a burnt up circuit breaker. They replaced the bad breaker. Diagnosed busbar is bad. We need to replace the breaker box. All in 2 hrs. Haven't gotten a bid as of yet. They went back to the shop to figure what all will need to be done....read full review
Had somewhat of a well pump crisis after a construction mishap that caused an electrical problem. Called Ericson's Electric & they got back to me within a few hours. Derick, the electrician & his apprentice, Joaquin, were dispatched within a few hours. They were both professional, courteous & friendly. Derick is an exceptional, talented & thorough professional, he quickly assessed what the problem was & remedied the situation to resolve the problem for us to have water until I could replace the damaged electronic pump sentry after the holiday weekend. I would highly recommend them for any electrical problem.
I can not say enough about the amazing service provided by the electricians at Ericson Electric. Guy was super responsive, on the ball and arrived promptly with his assistant Jose. They both did a were really good natured and took the time to listen to our concerns and show us snaps of the job. I recommend them highly and will most certainly call them with any future jobs we have.Service: Installation
