I hired Discount Windows & Doors after receiving other bids that were 2-3 times higher. I replaced every door and window except one, which was about 22 windows, 3 sliders, and a back door. Very affordable, and Ian Perales and his team were amazing! Ian installed all the trim inside in craftsman style and it turned out beautifully! Great attention to detail and super nice to work with. Neighbors love the house! I then hired Old Guy Painting to paint the entire house who I also recommend!

Discount window is easily the best place in the Eugene area to purchase or repair windows. They have a huge selection of windows from different vendors, and also a large inventory of different high-end types of doors, and lots of styles of door and window trim. The warehouse and repair worker's are friendly, fast and efficient. The inside is very clean, inviting and the displays for the products are well placed and put together well. They have ample parking and handicap parking and accessibility. We have been buying from them for years and are always happy. Mason and his brother in the warehouse are always fast and helpful.

Ricky was my installer today for 4 windows. Talk about amazing service!!! He went above and beyond!!! The windows that were made by another company for him to install, were made incorrectly, and he caught it immediately! He corrected a mistake in one of the windows and explained to me everything he was doing along the way. Can't say enough about the great service he provided. Thank you, Ricky!!!!
