I want to say how grateful I am to the entire Jacksonville veterinary Hospital team for being so kind and patient with me as I sent a plethora of emails and phone calls during a stressful time with my fur baby. Could not ask for a better team!! They are all amazing.
We adopted a cat from C.A.T.S. in west Medford and they recommended Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital because our cat had a couple of issues. Our cat was expertly examined and treated by Doctor Brubaker. We figured that was the end of it, but Doctor Brubaker called us several times over a period of two months to check on our cat's progress. Her level of care and empathy is something I have rarely seen at a veterinary hospital. I would recommend Doctor Brubaker and Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital for anyone who needs veterinary care for their pets. Our cat is now doing incredibly well thanks to the outstanding care he received there.
