“Today was our Lucky Day!! RANDY, the vision center Manager provided us with SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; not what I would expect from a typical Walmart experience. “I was having a lot of difficulty finding a top tier optometrist in the Rogue Valley since I moved from L.A. so I’m so happy I found Lassman’s. The staff was beyond helpful. They really inquired as to what I was looking for. When I explained I was looking for a large pair of lenses with a frame that was minimal or nonexistent the optometrist said that she could take a pair of my favorite pair of large lenses and have a new pair of rimless glasses cut in that shape.I just picked up my glasses today and they are absolutely fantastic. They were so quick with the adjustments to make sure they fit perfectly.
