JJU Maintenance did a great job building some some shelving in the closets and some steps with handrails. It was easy to schedule on the website, and Jairo came out promptly to look at the job site and give me a quote at a fair price. He sent reminder texts before the job, which was nice. Jairo and team arrived on time, completed the the job, and cleaned up the site afterwards. They also checked in with me several time during the job to make sure that they were doing everything exactly the way I wanted it. They took care of all the small details like sanding all the cut edges on the steps and rails and painting the shelving to match the existing paint in the closet, two things I never even thought to ask them to do. I will definitely use them again!
