They arrived quickly and determined that the pump likely needed to be replaced and they found one several states away that was selling with a significant price increase. We were pretty stressed. The next morning they showed up to let us know that they found an authorized maintenance person out of Washington that was coming to Hood River that week. Long story short, they sacrificed a few hundred dollars in fees and that ended up saving us a few thousand dollars on the new e/one. We had also been looking to replace our water heater. Since Chinook treated us so good with this project, we immediately hired them to replace our 40 gallon water heater with an on-demand heater. They got everything done in a couple days. The crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the service we received from Chinook and would absolutely use them again.“
