It’s 12:30 pm I just got off the phone with a lady I don’t wanna share her name but believe me I am going to mention it to her supervisors.

She Picked up my phone call and helped me!!!!!

And when I say, helped me, I genuinely mean it. What I mean exactly is I was trying to get into contact with someone from the billing department. They weren’t available at this time which is OK by me i get it it’s the holidays understandable and it’s a Saturday.
But the biggest thing was I was helped, I was heard and I was understood. And from my short 23 years of life on this earth and being from the Columbia River Gorge, that is so few and far between nowadays it’s incredible.

Now if you have read this far ima get a lil more in depth of my situation with out spilling to many beans if ya catch my drift! I have been using one community health/North Shore for healthcare since I was roughly 14 ish years old I think, Anywhos I genuinely have had a great experience with this company and its providers. (DONT GET ME WRONG IK ITS CHANGED HANDS A FEW TIMES) but If you’re looking for healthcare in this area, there’s really not too many options but one community health/North Shore is definitely and I mean definitely one I would recommend! The mental health staff that I have worked with has done so much for me. I owe em big time and I am not talking about owing them money I am talking about one of those massive thank yous.

One of those massive thank yous that make ya sit there and think dang how am i gonna ever pay it back yk.

With that all being said if you take your time and have a smidge bit of patience and the motivation to start taking ur health seriously I would recommend one community health/North Shore.

And let me make this very, very, very clear. I took the time to write this review out of my own pocket. I have zero affiliation/money motivation with this company or its providers. I am just some 23 year old “kid” that lives in the area and is trying to point anyone and everyone in the direction I found helpful.
