I used to have only good experiences with Indian Creek Family Eye Care. However, in recent years, they have been incredibly difficult to reach. When calling to schedule appointments or asking questions about prescriptions, I am always sent to voicemail, where I follow their requested instructions, but I have never received a call back. I think they are good people, I just wish they were better at communicating.

Indian Creek Family Eye care helped me with a problem when other stores wouldn't. I ran out of contact lenses (that I ordered from on online store) and they gave a bridge sample to hold me over until new ones arrived. I appreciate their service and going above and beyone todday. Thank you!
