I love my new home, finished in 2019, with the expansive views of Mt Hood, Mt Adams, the orchards, and The Dalles below. A glimpse of the Columbia can't be overlooked. I moved to The Dalles in 2020. Curtis Homes fit my needs perfectly,; move in ready, offering a bright open layout with a spacious master bedroom and bath on the main floor. The quality was there, with well chosen countertops , lighting fixtures, great room layout and neutral updated colors throughout . During first few months, we had trouble with the heating and cooling system. Curtis Homes was right on the problem, contacted the HVAC personnel and they kept on the problem until the system was working properly. Six months later the the system works fine. Even the ceiling was properly repaired that had to be opened up to make the cooling/heating system repairs. Good job. Curtis Homes stands by their warranty.
