Colin and Sal are amazing to work with, they also have Terry at the office is very kind and fantastic. I have used them for multiple plumbing issues and they’re always able to resolve the issue during the same day and communicate as far as arrival and what the plumbing issue is. I am a local contractor here in Hood River. I have used Chinook on large commercial projects to small residential remodels and they have always been reliable and professional. Recently we had an install go sideways which just happens sometimes and not the fault of Chinook. They worked relentlessly to fix the problem, communicated with the customer and went over and above to solve the issue without making it anyone else's problem. Highly recommend!
