So far I have personally have had a great experience my new prescription was on point. The only issue i am having is with my glasses keep sliding down on my nose so likely I will have to get another adjustment. 1st adjustment didn't seem to help enough keep falling down but I'll come back in and hopefully they will get adjusted right.
My first time here. I got my eye exam and ordered some glasses. The glasses are amazing but they were falling off of my face when I looked down. I brought the glasses back and they worked with me as the pro adjusted my glasses a few times. Now Perfect!
we used to use Cascade exclusively when Dr. Barbour owned it. We won't be going back again, staff is rude and there is literally no customer service. so sad it changed so much. Miss you Dr. Barbour.
