Such a fun experience! Paul selected the flowers that best suited our aesthetic and provided us with a quick overview. Once we were done he took photos of us so we could see how they would photograph for the wedding. He played music for us, whatever we wanted. Such a fun experience. Paul really thinks of everything and is so fun to be around.

Paul and his Apple Core Farm & Cut Flowers was one of the best things we decided to do for our wedding. My spouse's family and my family participated in making our own bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and they came out beautiful. We all could not stop talking about how Paul was one of our favorite vendors, and wish we could take him with us.
From the start Paul was so kind, helpful, patient, and the biggest thing was his big smile and passion about flowers. It was so wholesome and made our whole week feel like sunshine, and we now have a great feeling when we think back to the week and the hood river area. He even spent his time showing my family the farm, let us pick the flowers we wanted, and answered all our questions.
Guys, the pricing, the experience, you cant beat it. Seriously, we looked everywhere for pricing and you cant beat it. He helped us set up the flowers and just went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making our wedding week so so special Paul --- we still talk about how wonderful you were. We will have to stop by if we are ever in the area again!

Our team had an amazing time creating beautiful bouquets! Paul was very welcoming and a great teacher. The farm had a view of Mt. Adams and was beautiful. We were able to pick our own flowers as well as use precut flowers Paul prepared for our bouquets. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I did my wedding flowers at Paul's farm and it was so much fun! I had some of my friends and family join in , and we spend the morning arranging flowers and making bouquets (with the help of Paul and Lucy, a florist in town) for my wedding. Paul was so helpful and communicative thoughtout the entire process! He helped talk me through flowers and greenery options in my colors, and had me come by the farm to see the flower options. All of the flowers were picked and ready in buckets the morning we did the arrangements. The colors were perfect and he suggested many flowers I never would have considered. I cannot stress enough how perfectly our bouquets and the centerpieces turned out! The arrangement process was seamless and such a fun activity with my family and bridesmaids, an experience I'll never forget!

Not only did he ask the most endearing and thoughtful questions to capture my vision for the florals for our wedding, but he invited us to his beautiful farm to walk through and ogle his property and flowers! We had such a great time visiting Paul and Tom on their beautiful farm! Paul loves to share his love of flowers and we had a lovely walk around the various plantings while he explained everything about the farm and their plans for the future. I’m so looking forward to coming back and seeing not only the flowers but the farm itself grow. Such lovely gentlemen. We came out for the Tea and Sweet Peas and I will definitely be making it an annual event. Thank you so much!! ?

My partner and I came to Hood River for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and by chance, we stumbled upon Apple Core Farm. It was far and away the best part of our trip. Not only was the owner Paul knowledgable and extremely talented, he was genuinely one of the kindest and warmest people we have ever met. We came back twice over the weekend to tour the farm and participate in a bouquet building workshop and cannot wait to come again. We came out of the experience with not only an absolutely stunning arrangement, but the time we spent on the farm was the highlight of our visit. We will absolutely be going back to see Paul every time we are in the area and plan to choose Apple Core Farm to get the florals for our wedding. If you are looking to thoroughly enjoy yourself for an hour and learn about cut flowers from a wonderful person, look no further! We cannot recommend them more and will be talking about this experience for years to come.
