On our annual road trip to Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and had our alternator go out. After a series of unfortunate events we made it to get fuel and the fast break/Sinclair next door. The car died completely at the gas pump. We were directed by the attendant to go down and see if the folks at Truck Stop Repair Shop were still there. Pat came over shortly and took a look. Long story short, we got the vehicle over the next morning and repaired in a few hours. Above and beyond service and great folks!! Road trip saved!!

The Truck Stop Shop is simply awesome. We were 2500 miles from our home when we developed a number of issues with our RV motorhome. Though it was a holiday week and we were out of town visitors, the Wilson family (owners) scheduled us for diagnostics and repair. Pat, Hillary and Mike were all engaged in troubleshooting, the issues and getting us safely back on the road home. Pricing for services was more than reasonable, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the quality of their service and attention to our unique circumstances. A great business to do business with!!!

A few months back I was camping with a friend near Hines (I’m from Idaho) and I accidentally filled my unleaded truck with diesel. My truck broke down at an RV park about 40 minutes away from Hines and the staff at the RV park called ahead for me, I had the truck towed to their shop that day and I spent the night in Hines. That morning I went to The truck stop repair shop to tell them the situation and they were able to make time to fix the truck. They had me back on the road that same day.
