I cannot say enough about the service and professionalism at Point S Tire in Burns, OR. I barely rolled in as my left rear brake caliper slipped and literally tore my wheel and tire apart. The wheel had to be removed and the caliper fixed outside before the vehicle could be moved. The weather at this time was a heavy drizzle with high winds. Felt close to freezing. They re-attached the caliper and mounted the donut spare. They then got the car into the shop to try to locate a wheel. I have an Acura which uses a weird bolt pattern, so nothing could be done further for the vehicle. Was referred to them from the guy at the Shell gas station down the street and he was right. They got me in immediately found what caused a leak in my tire and did not charge me which was a huge relief as I was driving in poor winter weather conditions.
