Just wanted to say I was coming here for almost 5 years and then with my little 5yr daughter. I love this place and Dr Rosales is an extremely gentle kind thorough guy. They have a really nice kids play area, and options for various things. They are open to helping you bring in old glasses, and even get your prescription glasses or contact PD etc for online shopping if that’s your thing. I never did haha even though I liked the idea. I was just impressed here and happy to buy what they had in stock. I got the best flexon frames here a few years ago (amazing for having young kids because they basically can’t break 🤣). I asked a friend about an eye doctor, and they recommended Dr. Rosales. My first visited confirmed that this is a special environment. The staff and Dr. Rosales explained everything calmly and clearly. In all my medical dealings, this was one of the best experiences. All doctors could learn from Dr. Rosales: he doesn't rush, he clearly explains every part of the process, he gives choices and doesn't pressure a specific decision. Most of all, he actually listens, and seems a genuinely happy and friendly person. Highest recommendation.
