Great program that has done wonders to build confidence for my son, while building his verbal skills and socializing skills! The lead instructor Mark is an amazing instructor that really puts in the time to make sure the students succeed!
My friend and I went to a free 2 hour womens self defense seminar here. Mark, his son, and his female student all did so great hosting this. We had plenty of hands on scenario training and we felt like we learned a lot. Would definitely go back!
Mark and this place is amazing. My oldest has been attending for some time now, such a positive experience. Now my other boys are involved and gaining skills. Not only does Mark teach martial arts, but jujitsu, dad/mom defense, weapons, situational awareness and much more. Definitely a second/third/fourth/etc family. Give this place a shot, you wont regret it.
