"I've been working with Kim following a shoulder injury and wrist surgery. I appreciate her approach as she walks me through the treatment, exercises and gives explanations for why they are important vs just telling me to do them. Zeyla is amazing to work with too! She does a comprehensive job of of teaching me about stability and properly strengthening my pelvic floor. We really do need more education about this! Women will really benefit from working with her…look up pelvic floor health and then get in with her!
