Michael is awesome! He is personable, professional, patient and provided me with great customer service. After I picked out my frames, he provided detailed information of my options for the lenses and their cost to help me make my selections. He was also knowledgeable about the insurance process and itemized each cost so I knew what was not covered by my insurance. I am excited and look forward to receiving my new glasses.

My daughter and I had an appointment yesterday at the Imbrie location for her first eye exam and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and reassuring—so great with kids. They made the experience easy and stress-free for both of us. Highly recommend!
