About Providence Laboratory Patient Service Center
Providence Laboratory Patient Service Center offers efficient and friendly service in a new, clean facility. Upon arrival, patients can easily sign in at a tablet located near the entrance. The phlebotomist is professional, kind, and understands the needs of patients, including those with anxiety related to needles. Although there may be only one phlebotomist on duty, the wait time is reasonable. The lab is located inside a health center, but it may not be clearly marked from the exterior. The center is a convenient additional location for lab work.
I have severe needle anxiety, and while I have ways to cope, Brittany was absolutely stellar, from the moment I walked in, to the needle poke (which I barely felt), my experience was perfect! Brittany is clearly experienced, and was kind, fast, and understanding. I'll never get my blood done anywhere else, especially if she helps me out. Thank you Brittany! <3

Efficient, friendly service in new facility. Lab is inside Health Center. There are no exterior signs for lab or imaging. . They are to the left as you enter. There is a tablet at the lab where you sign in. It is easy, just your name and what you are there for. The response was almost immediate. The phlebotomist was friendly, professional and efficient. Total time from sign in to back in the car was less than 15 minutes.
