We had PEX Plumbing repipe our home a couple of weeks ago and it was a pretty amazing experience. It only happened because our first introduction to the team was to Greg who came out to assess our job but wasn't a pushy salesman just trying to get our business. He listened to my concerns and addressed them clearly and confidently.
After that he and Robin came out to look at the job again to make sure we understood everything that was needed to get it started and what it would entail including all of the holes they would need to cut to replace the bad pipes. Cam and Kellan were quick, efficient, and concientous. The guys running the horizontal boring ma hine were the same but i didnt get theit names. Main waterline replacement was completed in short order and site cleanup was done well, too. Addendum, Kellan and Tim completed the work after inspection and did a great job on the concrete patch. Thanks to all.
Repiping a whole house is quite a project, and pexpdx made it as easy as possible. They arrived on time, got all the piping done in one day, and left good instructions for their in-house drywall repair team, who were also prompt and efficient. Saleena in the office is also friendly and helpful. It's a good feeling to know that my 55-year-old home is now up to code inside and out, with piping that will probably last longer than I will ;) Highly recommended!
