I had an outstanding experience with PerformancePro Pumps. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Eric, the Lead Technician, and Amarate from customer service.

Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to walk me through programming my new variable-speed pump controller step by step until everything was working exactly as it should. Thanks to his expertise, my pump is now programmed perfectly for my koi pond, providing continuous filtration while optimizing performance.

I have been dealing with Performance Pro for pond pumps for nearly 10 years. I am comfortable with the calculations needed for pump sizing but having input from PerformancePro is always helpful especially with some of our more complex systems. Even if I didn't understand the pressure calculations, with a little bit of info, these folks will lay out all your options. You are in good hands if you go with PerformancePro.

Had one of their pumps for 10 years, worked great. Bought a new pump from them and proceeded to ruin it on start up! Ashamed of myself, but Lee was super helpful and understanding. Highly recommend their products and service! Thanks Lee!
