Brandon and his team did a wonderful job for us. He listened to our concepts for the remodel of our kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom and made them a reality. He is honest and hard working and comes through with his pledge of the remodel you want. We love the kitchen and bathrooms of our dreams and our bedroom with walk in closets. Brandon was able to do it in a timely fashion, provide quality workmanship, stayed within the budget and worked with us when the unexpected happened and found solutions.

Brandon and his team help us rebuild the section of our house got flooded by other constructor’s mistake. They did a wonderful job. With all the back and forth battle with insurance. Brandon is very patient and helpful all the way through.

July 10 2025 Nikao Construction LLC completed a total tear-down and rebuild of our 1996 kitchen and laundry/bathroom. Brandon the owner was attentive and receptive to our thoughts and ideas from the beginning of the project until its completion. Brandon was very helpful in his suggestions of multiple suppliers of materials we hoped to use and others we hadn’t thought of. Brandon’s subs were on time, courteous, communicated with us on what they were doing and projected completion times.
