Brandon and his team help us rebuild the section of our house got flooded by other constructor’s mistake. They did a wonderful job. With all the back and forth battle with insurance. Brandon is very patient and helpful all the way through.

July 10 2025 Nikao Construction LLC completed a total tear-down and rebuild of our 1996 kitchen and laundry/bathroom. Brandon the owner was attentive and receptive to our thoughts and ideas from the beginning of the project until its completion. Brandon was very helpful in his suggestions of multiple suppliers of materials we hoped to use and others we hadn’t thought of. Brandon’s subs were on time, courteous, communicated with us on what they were doing and projected completion times. We have a large space for the extra materials bought, so that wasn’t an issue for us. Using an outside sink area and an office for our temporary kitchen worked out well,... read full review

Brandon of Nikao Construction did a great job on my remodel. He transformed a leaky basement into a beautiful dry 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Easy to communicate with, even allowed some changes without upping his prices. Went the extra mile! Would certainly use him again!
