Always a great experience! Everyone I have interacted with there are so nice and helpful with questions. Plus the piece of chocolate you get when you’re done and the tea while getting services. I see Desiree for my hair and she did a great job helping me transition from colored hair to letting it go natural as was I was coloring to cover the grey but decided to just let it be natural. I recommend this place and Desiree.
I’ve been going to New Beginning Salon Spa—and seeing Katherine—for over a year now, and every visit feels like stepping into a luxe spa retreat. The moment you arrive, you’re greeted warmly and offered a choice of refreshing tea or water in their elegant, spa-style space.
As an Aveda Concept Salon, they use high-end Aveda products throughout the service, and it truly feels nourishing and indulgent. My favorite treat is the relaxing scalp massage during the shampoo, followed by a comforting hot towel—it’s pure bliss.
