I went in a couple weeks ago as an older transwoman needing a femme haircut, and Jordan gave me a wonderful cut that I can wear multiple ways--and she gave me some helpful tips too! Everyone there was very kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and relaxing with a nice large water feature in the middle of the room. It was a delightful experience, and it didn't take long either. Y'all have my gratitude. When I can afford it and need a new do, this is at the top of my list of places to go nearby. Apologies for the delay in posting this. :)
First time ever in a fancy spa like this and it was absolutely magical! Went there for my bachelorette party and it was soothing, informative and quite healing! Loved the sauna also! Everything is made out of natural stuff, it is definitely a place I would like to go back to soon!
Jordan is the sweetest. She is so warm and friendly that I immediately felt at ease. We agreed on a plan and she executed like a pro. I walked out with gorgeous layers and conditioner she helped me select and used on my hair so I knew what it would feel like. I found this place by typing “haircut near me” and really lucked out!
