Absolute disaster of a clinic. Do not go here. We’ve been jerked around 4 times now between them not being ready for appointments when they say by multiple hours, to literally canceling an appointment today on us an hour before and telling us to go sit in the ER for god knows how long for getting an important test for our 1 year old son. The doctor herself was quite kind but she’s the only helpful competent person there hence they get one extra star from me, but this place is literally the worst experience for a doctor office I’ve ever seen.

My partner and I had a very distasteful experience here today unfortunately. The nurses didn’t seem too knowledgeable as to what they were talking about and the “Doctor” Carassco was very inappropriate. He hasn’t read through my chart at all and openly admitted so and was just unable to carry on a conversation about what we needed and wanted for our care. Will not be going back.
