They won't accept any diagnoses in my medical history made by anyone outside of their clinic, but they give me a 20 minute appointment every 6 months, walk out of the appointment, refuse to do any testing, and refuse to send out referrals. They have given me incorrect treatments which made my problem worse, they have sent me to incorrect departments entirely, they have left me in pain for months on end with no relief. Dr. Androuw Carrasco constantly spoke over and argued with me, and Dr. Aberash Assefa actually laughed in my face. I have never had a single good interaction with any employee at this clinic; doctor, nurse, or receptionist.

I had scheduled an appointment months ago to establish care with a new doc. On the day of my appointment, I was told my appointment had been cancelled as the physician had left the practice. They said someone from their office called to tell me and was unable to leave a message. My voicemail works fine, and I had no calls in my call history from them. Why didn't they try to call back or email? My guess is they dialed wrong. But failing to try again is unacceptable. They have all my contact info, phone, email, address. Laziness. Don't go here. Not impressed.

I visit the medical clinic today and then I see very bad doctor his name Andrew Carrasco he’s angry and he says I see you too much. Please Doctor I’m not coming to your home. This is your job.
