I am super happy with Madison Reed products. For the first time in years my scalp did not have to itch, blister, or suffer over beauty. Very professional staff. Melissa was my colorist. So refreshing to meet people actually happy to hair design. Hard to call it 'work' when they love their job and made my washed out colored hair pretty again. All the gray gone and blended my choice of a new color with a splash of fun. Men are really missing out on the place! Color for them too. I noticed the beautiful styles on the clients before me. Totally put me at ease. Can't wait to try something more daring next time.

Do you need hair color but free of ammonia and parabens? This is the right place to visit. This is my second visit and overall satisfied with the service. This salon is near the Macy's shopping centers which you can visit after pampering yourself.

For the disappointment last visit... this visit it was much better! My hair is restored back to original , with much better and shiny ! I'm not going to try anything new anymore and probably going to stick with this color code for quite some time. Thanks for restoring my hair! I'm glad they were able to fix their mistakes! Looks like similar experience happened with many customers over a month and little did I realize I also had a same situation and disappointment.
