My accountant switched to electronic paperwork only without contacting me. I was billed an embarrassingly large sum of money by the IRS in late fees. I don't feel I was well advised or communicated with. I have a complicated situation and received very little in the way advice on how to properly navigate my situation. Pacific Northwest Tax has been much more attentive.
