I am happy with the job performed by JLV. They replaced my roof, gutters, and painted the exterior. I was grateful for Juan's thoroughness, the responsiveness of the office, and the skilled workers. Everyone was always helpful, polite, and courteous. One specific note of appreciation, the workers adjusted to a longer work day after it began to lightly rain, to make sure the roof was covered before they left for the evening. Thank you to the entire team. If I have a need in the future, I would hire JLV again.

JLV Construction replaced the roof on my basic 1954 house in Milwaukie and I'm ecstatic about both the process and the results.
The cool thing about this company is that they're both personable and transparent. I got a couple other bids and the process was SO sales-y with the other companies. Asael, the sales manager for JLV, was totally straightforward. He made the process feel easy, he told me the range of dollar amounts within 20 mins, and he was open to adjustments based on choices I might want to make (like ridge venting vs. box venting).
