After only 5 years of a new roof installation on our new house, we're experienced leaks around several vents, as a result of J&K leaving nails exposed on the downside of the vents (an opinion of two separate other roofers) ... J&K is taking responsibility for their work by replacing the leaking vents and weather sealing the exposed nails on the other vents ... we are very pleased that J&K made these necessary corrections, yet they were not willing to spray any mold caused by the leaking ... J&K was a roofing subcontractor for Adair Homes, our home builder.
