Just as others have said, Lina genuinely gave me the best haircut I've gotten in years, she's truly a professional, and you can tell she takes pride in her work & cares about how her customers feel when they leave. The other gentleman working at this location today also looked to give a great haircut & both of his customers when i was there left happy. A+ team at this location, give these two a raise ! Seriously, the last few haircuts I got at other locations before coming here I had to go home and trim behind my ears & clean up my hairline on my forehead myself. Thanks again Lina, I'll be coming to you from now on :)
Valerie did an amazing job with my haircut this afternoon. She unfortunately had to deal with a rude family right before it was my turn but I observed her handle the situation very professionally.
I called to see if I could get on their list. Was told they can't make appointments and that it's first come, first serve. Asked how late someone can walk in and wait to get a haircut. I was told they close at 6 pm. I said, ok if someone walks in at 5 pm, can they get a haircut before closing?" I was told only if there is time and no one is waiting before you in line. I arrived at 4:40pm, and there were 2 kids and 2 men ahead of me, then a woman walked in (as I thought jy was my turn), and she was able to go ahead of me even though I had been waiting for 45 minutes at that point.
