Dmitry came on time and promptly troubleshot the problems. Diagnosed it to a mismatch between smart high efficient thermostat from a different vendor and the heating system. Replaced the thermostat free of charge to a compatible thermostat which immediately fixed the issue of home not heating up properly. Fantastic support and I recommend Conrad Heating without reservation.

Dimitri with Conrad Heating + Cooling came out to my house and provided a quote to have my ducts cleaned, furnace cleaned and serviced, installation of a new 2-ton AC unit including new circuit on my electrical panel, a whole home surge protector and an air scrubber system. After shopping around, their price couldn't be beat for like to like quotes and it was a one stop shop which I wanted.
Their team came in before the end of the year only a week after the original quote which was huge given the federal tax rebate that was ending in 2025. About 6 guys in total throughout the day took care of everything, very professional, respectful, cleaned up... read full review

The company is very professional . They came out looked at job . Asked what we were looking for .Gave us some options with there bid price. Showed up at the time they scheduled. Took out 34 year old gas unit. Installed the equipment A new electric heat pump furnace with a/c. Started unit up and gave us all the information on unit. Explained warranties on labor and equipment. Hauled old unit and boxes new one came in . Left No mess at all. The men were very nice and respectful of our home Would recommend them 100% Also they are on the Oregon Energy Trust list so you qualify for energy savings Which took the price down Great Company.
