We want to express our deepest gratitude to April. She went above and beyond to help my family separate remains. Thank you for having the compassion to help people through a difficult time.
My mother with Alzheimer's unexpectedly passed in an ambulance and the Medical Examiner had her taken to Fir Lawn Memorial Park and I had prepaid arrangements with another funeral home and Fir Lawn Memorial Park contacted the other facility and transferred the arrangements to them and honored the prepaid arrangements even though they were significantly less than their usual fees. They were so kind and considerate working with my family which is contentious and full of disputes over my mother's care and estate.
Going thru the hardest part of my entire life this funeral home went above and beyond any expectations I had. Ryan was wonderful and very sympathetic.. in such a hectic and painful experience he made it just a little bit better.. and April was equally amazing. She knows every person & their story. She makes it feel more like a family and less like a place where people are just buried.. I would recommend this funeral home to everybody. Thank you guys so much for what you do. You never realize how important the little things are after losing a loved one until you go thru it personally. You guys did amazing.
