We scheduled an appointment to get a quote on a quartz countertop. Ellie was the person who scheduled an appointment for the quote. Initially on the date of our appointment Ellie never showed up. My husband called her and she said she forgot and rushed over. She took a few measurements and left promising to send us some options to choose from as well as some under mount sinks by Friday. We emailed Ellie several times over the next few week before she finally sent us a link to look at countertops. We picked out our favorite countertops and were committed to moving forward. David came to our house to take measurements of our kitchen for a remodel. He told us that he would send us an estimate in “a few days”. That was four weeks ago and we haven’t heard from him since.Update: The owner’s response to my review is incorrect. We never heard from David or anyone else after he left our house. I stand by my rating.
