Tree roots backed my sewer up into the basement. I wish I would have called Clogbusters first. Their customer service went above and beyond, with Tom answering questions to help me navigate the options along the way. He was respectful of my anxiety and helped me understand with strait forward explanations. Each team member brought old school professionalism and skills. His crew was friendly and did a top notch job completing a task that the previous plumbers failed to do (and they had also charged me 4x the price). I feel more at ease knowing who to call now whenever a plumbing need arise. This team is smart, savvy, talented, and good spirited. Highly recommend!
We had a very complex issue come up with a broken sewer line (PGE put a utility line through our sewer line many years ago and it was never discovered until in the process of a house sale). Clog Busters came highly recommended by our favorite contractor and we had extensive consultation with the owner Tom Wolff over several weeks of brainstorming about the best approach to fixing the issue, particularly with a house sale looming. Tom could not have been more responsive, helpful and easy to work with. He had creative ideas, was tenacious, and ultimately the city is stepping in to fix this so Clog Busters is off the hook but Tom refused even to cash our deposit for anticipated... read full review
